SOAP PILOT PLANT SIGMA MIXER: This modern mixer is carefully designed to produce uniform texture of soap chips with colour & perfumes mixing action is obtain by the specially shaped "Z" blades set on parallel shafts mounted with close clearance in a double "U" shaped through. TRIPPLE ROLL MILL: Special Chilled casting rolls are employed which rotate in roller bearing .The rolls are internally cooled with water to percolate undesirable heating of the mass during operation.There is continuous water circulation system in all the rollers.The transfer of soap or detergent mass from one roll to the next is enabled by differing rolls speed. PLODDER MACHINE: This machine is consist of primary & secondary stage with a vacuum chamber between them mixer, which comes through conveyor is refine in primary stage and then moves to vacuum chamber , which remove moisture from the mixer and pass to secondary stage , where it is extruded in to a long continuous finished bar soap.
